Monel 400 Tubes is the most extensively used precipitation supported version of the Nickel Copper family with controlled amounts of Titanium and Aluminium added during melting to the basic MONEL alloy 400 Tubes. As a result, Monel 400 EFW Pipes is used rarely -- and only when no other metal could do the same job. Monel 400 ERW Pipes can be machined at satisfactory rates with machine tools generally employed by industry. Monel 400 Seamless Tubes may be annealed at 926 Degree C (1700 Degree F). WNR 2.4360 Pipes and Tubes are resistant to corrosion and acids, and some alloys can withstand a fire in pure oxygen. They are stronger than steel and are also malleable in nature.
